I just received this today and unfortunately, the Android app doesn't work with my phone - when I tried to download it, the Play Store says it's for an older version of Android.Overall, the necklace seems like it's made of high-quality material, but I bought this brand specifically for the companion app, so I'm a little disappointed. I'll use it though and see how it works for my anxiety and for helping me quite the vape.

Just received this product in the mail a few days ago and safe to say I will be keeping it handy at all times! Whenever I recently felt a wave of anxiety coming about, I was able to sit down and take some controlled and calming deep breaths into the device. It really helped me stay grounded and secure. I will also be pairing this product with the Moksha app to get added benefits and long lasting coping techniques. I also love the durable chain it is attached to for a subtle and sleek finish, making it easy to carry around wherever I go!

Sent this to my daughter. She has been super anxious and tense, wants to avoid meds if at all possible. She says this actually works very well! Wears it at work and uses it throughout the day.

I really wanted this to be a winner...One of the reasons I purchased this product over others was the supposed spit catch/management, but that doesn't exist. As someone who does straw phonation, meditation, and speech therapy exercises the spitting component of straw exercises and whistles gets really, really obnoxious. This still drips out your drool! So if you were looking for that added perk, this isn't it. On a vocal exercise/speech therapy front this isn't useful bc of the additional necklace holes. It reduces back pressure and makes it pointless. Even taking it off and blowing through the triple hole end still doesn't give the same benefit. On the mediation/anxiety front, I find regular straws and even those lung expanders are far superior to this. They allow you to slow your breath down and calm more quickly. This, at best, looks pleasant and works great as a reminder. As a tool itself? Not so good.
