Too early to tell.
I purchased this product two weeks ago. The company states results usually start around 2 weeks or beyond. I have only been using this product for 10 days now so I have not yet experienced the benefits I am hoping to see. I am hopeful they will be forthcoming. This product is packed with vitamins and is gluten free, non GMO, and BPA free, which is important to me. I take two capsules in the morning and two capsules at night. The capsules are quite large but I have been able to get them down and I usually need to cut my pills in half so you should be ok. The capsules do not bother my stomach nor do they need to be taken with food. I will update this review when I notice some results to report.

Great product!
I love this product! I wish I have heart about it before. I work as a graphic designer and my eyes get dry after all-day long looking at the screen. I always have eye drop in my purse but it is not the most convenient procedure - I have to apply it every 2-3 hours, and it sometimes destroys my make-up. when I got these capsules, I was so surprised then I noticed the difference second day - my eyes are ver moisturized now. I don't have blurry moments anymore, and even feel that I can see things better.I have received this product at discounted price, however, it didn't affect my review.
