Buying this was the best decision!!
I wish I took a before and after picture of my neck. I had a really bad neck bump. My neck was curved the wrong way and I constantly had a lot of pain and tension everyday. My Chiropractor suggested I start rolling up a towel and lying on it for a few minutes a day. I started that, but I always felt like it wasn’t enough. I bought this after a lot of research and started using it on the daily. It took a while to adjust to. I had to use it in little amounts until I could lay on it for 5-10 minutes. It’s not exactly comfortable if you’re trying to use it to slowly adjust your neck, but after a while you get used to it.I say it’s the best decision I made because after a month of staying consistent with it, my husband and I saw my neck no longer had the bump. I’ve been in a lot less pain and have a lot less tension in my neck and upper back. I recommend this item if you struggle with the same thing as I did. However, don’t push yourself or you might end up with migraines like I had in the beginning. Take time to warm up to it.

Can I Give Zero Stars for "COMFORT"?
This thing CAUSES pain and relieves none! The sponge strip they include is flimsy and goes along where your neck should lie but the painful part is where the base of your skull is meant to rest. It's hard plastic and incredibly painful. Poor design! I suggest actually testing your product on actual human beings before mass production!

You should consider for buying!
The product is great, arrived on time, easy to use. However, the effectiveness is not high since the material is tough, and the back doesn't improve after several times. (at least it should make "crack" sound.)

Neck stretcher
Certainly easy to use. Not very comfortable on the back of your head though. I use it either at night or in the morning for a good 10 to 15 minutes. I am starting to see a real difference in the hump on my neck. All in all I'd say it's a very decent purchase and I will continue to use it to try and fix my neck problem more.

Does what it is supposed to do
I have neck pain and a slight curvature of the spine so I thought I'd give this a try - 10 minutes once or twice a day. It was as comfortable as things like this can be. They're not made for comfort, but mine wasn't bad. The first few times my back was a bit sore, which is what you'd expect as your spine and muscles get realigned. So it does the job it was created for. I now notice I am more conscious of when I revert to incorrect posture, sitting or standing, and am able to change it.About the company: like many other people have said, my stretcher was shipped without the foam insert. But when I notified the company they immediately contacted me and corrected the problem. I was impressed.

Does not keep its shape
This thing is too flimsy to work. Bends when I lay on it. Not very effective.

If you want something with more degrees of motion and intensity this will be a good fit for you.
The only concern I had about the product was it breaking due to the weight of my body but it is study and is a solid product. I would recommend this if you want to be able to change the intensity of the stretch.

Not worth it
I was looking for something to provide cervical traction and this did no such thing. It's a hard plastic with very little cushion and the 'acupressure' points are just little plastic bumps and provide no real therapy. It isn't really a natural feeling curve at all and has no give to it making it very uncomfortable.Returned it and got my money back thankfully.

Good and sturdy
The item is sturdy but I prefer to use the lower back one.
