Easy
Worked perfect. It's a battery. No problems .easy installation

Failed in 7 months
Worked great until month 7. Then the battery stopped holding charge. Trying to see if the 12 month warranty is actually honored.Follow up: Was initially 2 star review, upgrading it to 5 stars. Vendor (ScorpioX Inc.) was incredibly quick to respond and send out a replacement battery. Going through the recommended battery conditioning at the moment and hoping for better results.

It works, so that's good... (Alienware m17 replacement)
My m17's battery started bloating, so I needed to replace it.If you're wondering if your battery is bloating, check to see if you can even use your touchpad left and right buttons. If they're stuck, or hard to click. You probably need a new battery.Anyway, works great. installed it, it didn't flag the system or anything. I will add an update if it fails.(Just one side note: I didn't get the screw drivers or the pick. Not a big deal. I have my own already)

fit perfectly
Was easy to install. I noticed the touch pad on the Alienware was being pushed up. I removed the back and saw the battery was extremely puffy. I ordered the replacement battery immeadiately . it arrived the next day. using provided tools I installed. it fit perfectly. I replacd back cover and Started up. No issues with bootupI haven't tried to see how long the battery will last as I usually have it plugged in. no heating of the case or anything from charging or use. so far so good. I will add more in a month or two of use.

Arrived broken. Ordered replacement, also arrived broken
First one arrived with the connector broken, bits of plastic broke off and were in the box. Requested a replacement, which was sent promptly but unfortunately also arrived with the connector broken, this time bent and cracked. I don't know if the problem is the way they are being packed or the way they are being shipped, but I'm giving up and ordering the battery elsewhere.

Very pleased!
Even though I am a seasoned IT professional, the battery was very easy to install. I do not think that even an amateur would have any issues. The included took set with opening pick was a bonus. Again, I have numerous tools already but the included set did just fine. The battery fit in place perfectly and even included the strap on the connector to facilitate easier removal and installation. The price was very reasonable and the quality was excellent. The packaging was rather good as well. I’ve had it for almost 4 months now with no issues. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and the performance of the battery.

Nice but
Battery drains very quickly. Maybe 3-4 hours max before my laptop shuts down. Not impressed with the performance

Perfect part
It was packaged well, it was cheaper than the original battery, very high end made, not some cheap knockoff that won't work, I'm very picky and changed a lot of cell phone batteries and wished all was as perfect fit and easy as this one was.
