The Best Combination I have Used
This combination of CoQ10, PQQ and Fulvic Acid is inspired. I used to take CoQ10 and PQQ in order to help with my fibromyalgia with mixed results. I was constantly tired, and put that down to the prescribed statins from my doctor. However, when I took this formula I found a different level of well being and energy. In the past I didn't want to go out walking, but now, I look forward to it and the distance I travel has steadily increased. Thank you Swiss Bioenergtics, this (very clean) unique formula has helped me a lot.

Best combo I’ve tried
Suffer with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which causes low energy and sleep issues. Since taking I’ve found it easier to apply myself in everyday activities and slept better as a result. Also highly recommend due to the daily dosage being broken up into 3 capsules daily instead of just 1 like some other brands, as it allows flexibility in how much and often the daily dose can be taken throughout each day.

Great supplement for those who suffer Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
You will get about a month's supply of vegan and free from gluten, wheat, sugar, yeast, additives, and artificial colourings supplement with CoQ10 300mg, PQQ 21mg and Shilajit 210mg to support your system, especially when you suffer Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.I recently was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and had been looking for supplements that will help me with my constant lack of energy and to help me with my restless nights.I have been taking it just for two weeks, but I have noticed I am sleeping much better, and I do not need a nap in the middle of the day that I could not deal without before. You have to take three capsules a day which I find a bit much, but I split the capsules through the day, and at times I use only two a day, so will the supplement last a bit longer, which is a good thing as its pretty pricey.

May be worth a try - alongside a wider regime to tackle fatigue
Like many people with chronic fatigue, I have tried Coenzyme Q10 at various times. I did so first when encouraged to by my GP, on the grounds she felt that some people responded to it. It may or may not have helped me - I was also encouraged at the time to take a general multivitamin and mineral, to take magnesium, to improve my sleeping patterns, to eat regularly and to build up my physical strength slowly. I was found to have a vitamin D deficiency and also took vitamin D supplements. I acted to reduce my exposure to common viral infections. Improvements can take a long time.If you want to give CoQ10 a go, you might want to start with a 100mg to 200mg dose which is the usual dosage for a variety of conditions. These tablets provide 100mg per capsule in powder form, at 33p per capsule which is a reasonable price. They also contain some B vitamins. Plus a source of fulvic acid, which just may reduce allergic reactions and slow brain deterioration. Plus PQQ Pyrroloquinoline quinone, which is quite controversial but has been described as a longevity vitamin, and is in breast milk. But the main point of taking these is for the CoQ10.The ME Association, patient champion of those with ME/CFS, is sceptical about the value of CoQ10, having reviewed the evidence. It says on its website: "Co-enzyme Q10 is known as a coenzyme because it helps other enzymes in the body to carry out their normal functions. In relation to muscle fatigue, it is involved in energy producing chemical pathways inside the mitochondria – parts of the cell where energy in the form of a chemical called ATP is produced. It also has antioxidant activity. So there are clearly some theoretical reasons why CoQ10 might be helpful in ME/CFS."However, despite all the claims being made for CoQ10, there is very little scientific evidence linking deficiency with disease. Neither is there much evidence of benefit in diseases where it is sometimes recommended such as heart failure, mitochondrial muscle diseases, and Parkinson’s disease (where decreased levels have been found in the spinal fluid). The same situation currently applies to ME/CFS."

Positive improvements, but a little on the pricey side
I was interested in this product as lately I have been feeling tired, lethargic and I have high blood pressure. The container that arrived is well made, strong and a nice-looking label with all the information on you need. There is no safety lock on these so be careful leaving them around children.I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed a slight improvement in both my blood pressure, sleeping and general alertness. I have also made lifestyle changes to aid these improvements such as cutting out caffeine and improving my diet etc. I feel that the combination of these changes along with supplementing with these vitamins has made and improvement on my day to day life which is very positive. What do the ingredients do?- CoQ10 is an antioxidant that protects our cells and plays an important part in our metabolisms.- Shilajit extract is another antioxidant that is linked to improving your body’s immunity and memory, but also has other attributes such as working as an anti-inflammatory and energy booster.- Fulvic Acid is linked to enhancing antioxidant activity which in turn could support benefits such as increased immune defence, reduced inflammation and disease resistance.- PQQ is linked to protecting our cells, supporting the metabolism of energy and health aging. It also has been linked to protecting the brain which could aid against cognitive decline.Overall, I am happy with this supplement, these are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and contain no addition sugars, additives etc. The only downside to these tablets is that they are expensive, but I have seen health improvements that I am really happy with.
