Nice flavour hydration tablets with electrolytes
I have never been a big water drinker. I am a coffee addict, but sadly it doesn’t count as water, so on many occasions I have become severely dehydrated. So I tuck Hydrate tablets. First of all, it tastes quite good. What’s the goal? Intense flavour or hydration plus electrolytes. It includes (Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc) and three vitamins (B1,B2, B6) . Great bunch of.Another great thing- No Sugar or Carbohydrates. It is double healthy.I tuck the mixed berry flavour. I tired all really of lemon or orange flavours. If I comparing to other brands I have tried before. This one have very rich flavour.

Poor packaging, not that great flavour, not good value.
I am very active and each day I either do strength training, indoor rowing, cycling or running. I, therefore, need to make sure I stay hydrated and have an intake of electrolytes. I have used many different brands, but I tend to prefer SIS (Science in Sport) which are available from Amazon. When these Soccer Supplement tablets came up for review I was curious to see how they would compare.First the positives, they taste better than they look. That's about it.The negatives start with the packaging, first off the writing is so small, and the colour and font choice is abysmal. I have really good eyesight, but I struggled to read the ingredients or the instructions. If you have a sight impairment or have an SpLD such as Dyslexia you probably have a harder time than I did.The safety seal was useless. I couldn't break it very easily, but I could pull the lid off with the safety seal intact, and I was able to put the lid and seal back on. This means that the container isn't tamperproof.Although I struggled to read the instructions, I assumed it would be like SIS tablets. I popped one in my drinks bottle with 750ml of water. It dissolved quickly, but the colour is a little unappealing (looked like dirty washing up bowl water). Flavour was mildly berry like, it wasn't totally unpleasant (I have had worse) but wasn't great either.Priced as of October 2021 is £9.95 for 20, whereas my normal brand on Amazon is £7 for 20 (and on offer at the moment for £5). So these Soccer Supplement tablets are not good value for money either.I feel I am being generous with 2 stars.

Seem To Work- Very Expensive At 50p A tablet
Although this is described as a soccer supplement it is equally beneficial for other high intensity sports. As a road cyclist I ride at a high intensity where my body works hard and sweats. I am aware of the benefits of electrolyte drinks. for rehydration and I use them each time I go out on my road bike.Theses are in the normal tablet form I've used before, the tablets are about the size of 10p piece. You get 20 tablets. The best before date is long , my tube is Feb 2023I had to break mine in half as my aero bottle has a small opening. Dropping them in the water it fizzed away to dissolve as expected.I must say the mixed berry flavour is very tasty. It taste like "Cool aid" which is a US drink mix that I really like, so a thumbs up there.I took 500 ml of the drink out on a quick 31 mile ride the other day and a shorter 21 mile yesterday (it was cold!) . I must admit it really did seem to keep me feeling fresh and I was more than happy with the result, it definitely kept me going. As I suspected the ingredients and formula was similar to what I use and equally beneficial for cycling. (Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Vitamin C etcI had no adverse side effects with my stomach which can happen with some. I couldn't tell if they would stain the bottle like some do as my bottle is solid black and not transparent. All in all very happy with the hydration they provided but very pricey at virtually 50 pence a tablet! To me they seem over priced (£9.99 at the time of the review) compared to my High5 zero cycling electrolytes tablets that have very similar ingredients. These are double the price .

Probably works - bit flavourless
Tried this before a 20 mile bike ride. Certainly felt like I had a bit more energy, but can’t say the flavour is amazing though. It makes water taste like watered down Robinsons Orange. But when you are riding and you need a drink, you don’t tend to worry about the flavour, just the relief it brings, so it does the job and provides you with the much needed electrolytes. I’ve not had any cramp issues since I’ve been using it, which I sometimes suffered before, so it may help with that too - hard to say.

Tasty hydration salts
These hydration tablets are designed to be dissolved in water and help to replenish lost salts when exercising hard.Despite them being branded as ‘football’ hydration supplements, they are of course ideal for any sports such as running, cycling etc.Simply take one tablet and dissolve in your water bottle of approx 500-750ml. The berry flavour is good and when swimming this week, it certainly helped stopping the cramp which usually appears at the end of the session. Happy to recommend.

great for post workout
I have used these drinks tablets after a good workout in the gym and found that I feel less fatigued putting some lost minerals and salts back into my body. The tablets dissolve quickly and do not leave bits floating in the water. The taste is very mild nothing amazing but also not foul.Overall I like these tablets I feel better for having used them post workout.
