This is seriously GOOD
Cooks brilliantly. Steaks - fish - tomatoes - mushrooms. Lovely even heat. Cleans up well too. It has a heated huge to it after many uses.

Love this pan
It is easy to clean. Fried eggs glide off the pan and if something does get stuck it cleans off easily. Comes with clear instructions and I suspect it's important to follow them. Very expensive for a pan but will be worth it if I don't have to replace it as I always end up doing with expensive non stick pans

Beautifuly made and a joy to clean.
So easy to cook in and beyond easy to clean. I am loving this pan so far.The only drawback is the price. Might get another nanobond product if this continues to impress

Versatile quality pan
Quick, even, responsive heating and retention, great stick resistance and easy clean up are what stands out for me.I'm not a confident French omelette cook, but my first attempt with this pan was a 8/10 with zero sticking and only a slight caramelisation.A rib-eye steak came out of the pan evenly seared with nice color. There was good fond left in the pan if I had been patient enough to make a pan sauce.Fried eggs required only a gentle nudge to have them sliding around the pan.A yellow shrimp curry was easy, so too a couple of crispy skin snapper fillets.Heating technique and control is important to achieve good stick resistance but once learned it becomes second nature. The pan is neither too quick nor slow to respond to temperature changes on my induction top and has nice weight and balance. The finish for me is elegant and functional with the appearance of durability.I'm so glad I resisted the urge to try the popular stainless non-stick hybrid pan of another brand. The pan is pricey but given it's qualities and the pleasure of it's use I feel it was a good spend.

The best pans
I e had almost every brand of pot/pan over the last 35 years. These days, I take Tefal nonstick with the detachable handles to do most of my duty for quick meals for the kids. However, I was drawn back to steel pans to be able to get a proper browning on meats and fish. My last three brands I’ve owned All Clad, Fissler and now Hestan, there is not much comparison when it comes to the details. Hestan is really just that little bit better in every area. I can still do perfectly well with the others, but especially these nanobond pans really have the nice advantage of temperature control, not too heavy, easy to manipulate, super smooth surface (not nonstick) which makes it easy to cook with and easy to clean, as well as just looking nice. I’ve only had them for a few months, but I can already tell they’re going to be with me for a while. If you’re not super price sensitive, I would suggest to start with the induction combo to be really impressed.
