Q: What is the grind? how can the leave out that essential fact? i'm looking to use in a french press so i need a course grind.

The coffee I ordered was ground very fine...I thought it had said something different on the advertisement because I was wanting it for use in my press too.

Q: What are the flavoring ingredients? Are they natural and organic??

This is a question for the manufacturer, not another customer so not sure why I was sent this. Good luck.

I’m not sure what it would be sealed. But I had opened it and only made it about once a week so it kept really well for about a month. I’m sure sealed it would keep until Christmas. It’s delicious by the way. You won’t go wrong with it.
