Enemies to lovers with a strong female lead!
When Izzy’s grandmother dies she inherits her dream home - only there’s a lot more work to be done than she’d thought. With the attractive, bad boy neighbour pestering her to sell, she has to decide whether her dream is attainable or something she should let go of.I really enjoyed this book. The characters were well written and I loved how determined Izzy was to referb the house. Owen was the possessive bad boy I expected, but was very realistic; having reasons for the way he acted. The writing style was good, maybe a little too descriptive at times when it came to the houses, but it all sort of added to the environment the book was set in, so can be overlooked. The romance was very natural between the characters and I didn’t overly find the book predictable either. I would say Izzy was a little stubborn at times, especially the end argument - which I didn’t overly understand tbh. Like he’s telling her she’s misunderstood him and she’s saying “how is this on me”, it didn’t really make sense to me and was unrealistic. It almost felt like there shouldn’t have been an argument but it was put there just to add a little something to the scene.Overall, the book was a nice, easy read and I loved having a more realistic storyline and characters. With fab world building and an easy writing style, this book is perfect to read over the summer!Rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5P.S it’s currently boiling in the UK and I generally cannot think so if some of the sentences sound a bit odd in the review, please just go with it😂.

Had me hooked from beginning to end!
I loved everything about Not for sale. The characters were well written, believable and the connection between Isabella and Owen...well holy steam busters! The author handled Owen's father's Alzheimer's with great care, adding an extra dimension to the emotional struggle the hero faces throughout the story. And Isabella? What's not to love about this fierce and determined heroine! Great book, great premise. Eden Rayna is a new author to me, and I can't wait for the next book in this series.
