Beauty Without CrueltyHerbal Cream Facial Cleanser, 8.5 Ounces

I bought this because the product listing says it removes makeup, but it does not do a good job of that. I specifically wanted a cruelty free product, but I'm not crazy about its consistency or smell. Will not buy again.

This cleanser was creamy. Although it did the job I didn't care for it much. I did not feel it washed off as cleanly as I would like so I only used it at night. The scent was OK. I was unable to return this item and did ended up using the entire bottle. I like that it was cruelty free. It was good for sensitive skin so if you like a creamy cleanser this might be good for you.

My skin is dry. Like, really dry. Most face washes (even "natural" and sulfate-free varieties) make me feel like my skin has shrunk three sizes too small for my face, but this one doesn't. It does a great job at removing eye makeup (although, disclaimer, I don't wear a lot of it on a daily basis). The key to removing makeup is to apply this to a DRY face, then massage and rinse. My face feels clean and fresh after using this, but without feeling like a smile might tear my skin.My biggest complaint about this is the pump, honestly. It makes getting the last 20% or so of the product out a complete pain, and it often becomes partially clogged with product, making it shoot all wackadoodle, sometimes all over my wall. I would prefer a tube with a flip cap. Still, packaging won't deter me. This is definitely my face wash for as long as I can get ahold of it.

I love this simple cleanser. It's creamy and mild, though I wouldn't call it greasy. It's perfect for normal to sensitive skin. Not drying at all. It's also priced pretty well, so even though my husband and I use it regularly, it doesn't feel like breaking the bank to buy a new bottle regularly. I like that Beauty Without Cruelty's products are vegan and cruelty-free. I've tried some of their other cleansers, one cream cleanser that is heavier than this – too heavy for my skin – and a couple that are a little too "cleanser-ish", too drying for me. All good products, but this formula is the perfect one for me.

It's nice, just nice. Not as moisturizing as I would like but it rinses clean.

I love it because it's a vegan product. I don't get too excited over face cleanser but to rank it,I chose 5 stars. It's a nice,creamy moisturizing-feeling cleanser. Not tested on animals and made with no animal products in it. If it smelled like food(fruit of any kind seems to be too popular,vanilla,too)I couldn't give it many stars. It's just personal prefernce but I don't like using and never buy products that smell like food. I sniff and buy or if it comes from online,I'll keep it,and use it,till I get something else,and won't buy it again. Love the vegan products,but would love ALL of them if they'd stay away from the food scents and go with (anything else,flowers,leaves,grass,...but maybe the producers of other scents test on animals,and so can't be used.If I had no choice and there was a cruel,animal tested flower scent cleanser or shampoo and a cruelty-free mango tangerine watermelon,I'd go with the fruit salad. But, usually there are choices,unless a certain brand tends to only have mango this and citrus that and coconut something else. But anyway,good product,faint and indefinable scent,but doesn't smell like food. Be kind to animals. Be vegan:)

I am older, have used many products over the years from the very pricey to drug store. Of course, if you read labels you know there are no miracles, long lists of additives. So if there was a super cream out there, well women would purchase no matter the cost. The Beauty Without Cruelty Herb Cream Facial wash gets the job done, leaves my skin feeling as if I could go without a moisturizer, but I do moisturizer. The ingredients are simple, able to emulsify pollution and a days collection of whatever accumulates on the skin. A mild scent which dissipates quickly. I am older and will stick with this product. The key is consistent use. I use at evening using a hand round skin brush (gently) rinse thoroughly, moisturize and go to be. I am now a dedicated customer. I sometimes alternate with the BWC AHA (blue label) facial wash.

I’ve been using this cleanser for years, and I love it’s super gentle on my sensitive skin, doesn’t sting my eyes, and it gets the job done. Plus, it’s cruelty-free and a great value. I don’t see myself changing brands anytime soon.
