I was happy to find a pure vegan omega supplement with a high amount of omega 3. I took my bottle of Vegan Ahi Flower Omega Oil 3-6-9 to my Naturopath after taking it for about a month and was told that this type of Omega supplement was not benefiting my body. We all have different body chemistry, and I'm sure that Ahi Flower Omega helps many people.

I purchased this oil one time and I wasn't happy with the size of the bottle, its too small...taking 1 tsp a day only lasts maybe 2 weeks. I needed something that I could take for a least a month. The oil tastes okay, I've tasted worse. One great thing about the AhiFlower oil is that its vegan - so no worries about mercury poisoning.

First of all, I did not expect a fishy flavor because I've had other brands of Ahiflower Oil and they do not taste fishy at all. They are more nutty and grassy. Is this really Ahiflower Oil or is it fish oil? Second, I'm concerned that the product I received has expired. I contacted the company to ask about expiration date and they haven't gotten back to me. I'd like to return it, but I already opened it. Not sure if they will let me.

I've been using it daily for a few weeks now and so far so good! I mix it with my morning shakes and can't even tell that it is in there. My running has increased this year and it has been great for joint pain. The benefits have been much better than flax that I've taken before. I plan on buying this again when I get low.

I took 2-1/2 tsp. doses of this for 2 days. I got my dry eye back while taking it so I know it doesn't work. It also made me break out in cystic acne a day later. I went back to alternating my 1 Tab. of ground flax seeds and 1/4 of walnuts and my dry eye went away again. I also didn't care for the flavor.

I like it, I use it as asalad dressing.

Tastes a little funny but I expected that. It's a small dosage so it stretches a ways. It's very great quality

Tastes terrible. Would not buy it again.
