DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!!! THE COMPANY AND PRODUCT ARE AWFUL!!!This product started falling apart the 1st time we used it. The game paddles were cheap and difficult to use. The eject button got stuck inside the unit the 2nd time we used it, the Bluetooth on the headphones never worked and after less than 10 hours of use, one of my screens just stopped working entirely. I contacted the seller in hopes of having the one unit replaced. They gave me nothing but the run around. After at least 10 email communications, they finally sent me an electronic update, which didn’t work! They agreed to take a look at the unit if I sent it back. I packed it up and spent over $50 to ship it to China. I figured it would be better than forking out another $200 on a new unit! After a few months, nothing had happened and they still didn’t have the package. Finally after 4 months, it was returned to me with an UNDELIVERABLE address. Weird because I had the post office fill out the address they gave me, so I could make sure it got there!After receiving it back, I contacted the seller AGAIN to let them know. They couldn’t be bothered, didn’t listen to anything I said and have still not corrected the problem. The last correspondence I received, I was told they’d “talk to their boss and get back to me”! I have never had to deal with a company as terrible as this. THEY ARE AWFUL!! Save your money and go to Walmart. The one I purchased from there 7 years ago still works great, it just wasn’t as pretty!

Purchased AUTOWINGS A-H9110B Car Headrest DVD Player 9 inch Screen Leather with USB HDMI FM Transmitter Game Disc Remote IR Headphone Black Pack of 2 In February for our March road trip. Both devices encountered problems after light use. One of the volume buttons is stuck and won't work, the other doesn't always play or eject the disks. you have to unplug the devices and plug them back in to get the disk ejected. They also will randomly turn off or start the movie over. "Not a Disk Issue". Waiting to hear from seller as to how A return or exchange can be performed. Amazon states I cannot return as the return cutoff was while we were on the trip. Will update when I hear back from the seller.

It will turn off in the middle of a movie and it is frustrating for my kids to always return on the system in the middle or while the movie is playing

Can someone tell me how to connect both monitors together so that you can watch the same video in the car? The manuel is it user friendly. Other than this issue I love love this product!

Has No memory, I bought these to mainly use video input but everytime they power back on it defaults to DVD, even dvd and usb playback has not memory, the clip on are not as pictured they're different hard to adjust, forget it... look else where...... no memory is a big deal for me. its annoying that all setting lost after power off and of 250 its a no no

Easy to install. Fits my Acura MDX perfect, but can also be rigged without much effort to work in my Chevy Silverado. Thing we like best is the integrated speaker. We never felt comfortable that our 2 yr old needed to sue headphones for our other DVD player that only worked with IR headphones.

The controllers were difficult to use with the dvd players. there were no wires to connect the earphones to the dvd pllayers. I had to go out and buy them.

Great product, Although my product had a small defect on the the lighter plug, the manufacture stayed in contact with me and sent me not one but 2 extra plugs at no cost to me.. great business ethics. Thanks Amazon
