great on my pan and great in the dishwasher
who knew $5 could bring me so much joy?press works great. easy to clean in the dishwasher compared to those other presses with wooden handles. my only complaint is i have to be extremely careful when using it in a teflon, non stick pan.overall, it's so good, i bought a second one so i can cook two burger at once.

Heavy duty and large burger smash
The media could not be loaded. The burger smasher makes the best patty ever, this is what my burgers were missing, being smashed into the griddle.The product is well built, feels solid to the touch. Made of 304 stainless steel, measures 5.5 inches in diameter, the handle is very strong and is welded to the round base so is not way that will ever come loose.Smashes the patty to the perfect thickness. Makes a smash burger what it's suppose to be. Consistent thickness, every time..I did a lot of searching/research and this set came up as the best, in both functionality and value! Digging this thing. Believe what you read and see! Worth every penny.

This is exactly as described, easy to use and clean. Fits well in hand. Handle does NOT get hot even when left in the pan on high. Can cover one burger entirely. There is no grill tread on this, it is a smooth surface. This makes it somewhat easier to clean. There is a slight suction of the burger to the surface but not enough to pull the burger off the pan. The only minor annoyance is that you really do need a rest/plate/towel to set it on when you take it off the burger as it does get quite messy. I used a small plate a spatula rest and just set one side on that and there was no drain off onto the counter from the other side due to the angle. Hope this advice helps others use this product to its fullest! I would encourage others who want something lightweight and simple!
