These are loaded with zink at an affordable price. Don't taste too bad either.

Received two bottles but they expire in four months. Now we have to rush to finish two bottles in four months. There should be a requirement that a vitamin would not be sent unless there was at east a year of shelf life.

I would buy again. Flavour is good. Use it at times to boost my immune system, especially if I am feeling a little rundown or tired. I take this along with Vitamin C and Vitamin D.

These taste very good, I must say. Unfortunately though, I wanted something for my kids as well. In the title it says for kids and adults. On the bottle it only shows directions for adults, and that is because each gummy has about 16mg of zinc, which is too much for a little kid. Just make sure you look into it. They were really good though! This brand will be MY go to for zinc.

Previously when taking zinc supplements I found them hard on the stomach. I was going to take half of one of these but I found no issues with eating a whole one. They taste great and I have no guy burn issues like with regular zinc. Also has ecenacia in it which was nice. Good to add to my immune regime!
