Awesome Reicpes!
Awesome recipes! Raspberry pancakes,chicken,quinoa and avacado, mushroom risotto, the list goes on and on! I'm looking forward to trying some of these recipes, many of which are quick and easy enough. Prep time 5 minutes / cook time 35 minutes for mushroom risotto! All of these recipes are friendly for a condition called gastroparesis. It is a condition in which the spontaneous movement of the muscles (motility) in your stomach does not function normally. Usually strong muscular contractions sendl food through your digestive tract. But in gastroparesis, your stomach's motility works poorly or not at all. This prevents your stomach from emptying correctly. I recomend this book to anyone looking to expand your cooking skills while being friendly to your or a loved ones medical conditions.I recieved this ebook for free in exchange for a fair review.

Includes ingredients that are major no nos.
There are excellent ideas and information, but even on the cover the food has corn. There are recipes with peas (the broth), walnuts, and cherries. The skins on fruits and vegetables are a massive no for gastroparesis patients.

Very poor selection of recipes that are contradictory to the restrictions set forth for this type of condition.

It's okay, I suppose.
Didn't fulfill my needs and included a lot of opinionated comments, almost as if trying to indoctrinate one into being a vegan or something. Half the advice could lead to other health problems over time. For instance, no red meat means developing anemia at some point.It should be everything in moderation (which most of us don't follow) not a one-sided campaign.

Missing Chapters
Good explanation of gastroparesis. Good explanation of foods to avoid. But many recipes include those ingredients that should be avoided. Also, the soups & stews and the sides & snacks chapters are empty! The soups were what I was most interested in. I am very disappointed. If I were to receive a corrected ebook I might be able to give more stars. We’ll see what happens.

Loved this Cookbook!
Loved this Cookbook! Not only is this a cookbook but it provides great information about what gastroparesis is, its causes and symptoms. I've tried 3 of the recipes and they are all delicious! Eating healthy can also taste amazing, fortunately! There's also a collection of drink recipes ideas, such as: milkshakes, smoothies, juices, etc.Recommend this cookbook to anyone!

Still not quite what I need although hAve some ideas. Chapters for soups and snacks are empty...thinking a glitch with app but informative

Love this. Great recipes to help with gastroparesis.

Especially good for gastroparesis with diabetes.
Good, because it gives carb value of recipes. This is vital for those with diabetes (the most common cause of gastroparesis. My only criticism is that it includes some American ingredients not easily available In the UK.
