Great product, easy installation
The product is very well packaged. All the parts are wrapped separately. No part was missing, and everything is of great quality. The installation was easy. And it fits our barn door perfectly. Highly recommend this product. Great value for money.

Repackaged and sent without hardware
I received this item with none of the hardware for attaching the item not included. There were no bolts, washers or spacers. It did have the rail, rollers and end stops for the rail but no attaching hardware. Looks like the item was returned at one time and then repackaged and none of the hardware necessary to attach to the wall or to the doors included. This is the third time I have written about this. I sent a detailed message to the company with no reply. Just want the hardware to be sent so I can install.

Excellent for all your barn door needs!
I personally used this for just one door but it works very well. The installation was fairly easy but I would definitely recommend this as a two-person job. Also you need to make sure to use the studs as even attempting to use the drywall with anchors could be disastrous. Overall, this is a great product and highly recommend for hanging a barn door in your house!
