Solaire 27-Inch Deluxe Infrared Propane Grill on Square Cart, Stainless Steel

This is a well made piece of equipment and should last for many years. I have been using a Kitchenaid with an infrared side burner and 3 main burners and have been looking for a replacement that had larger infrared burners. I bought the model that has two infrared burners and it is performing as advertised. I do not think you can find a better grill for steaks or burgers. I have used one side as a burner for a deep fryer and it works fine - it takes a little longer to heat the oil up to deep frying temperature but it maintains the heat well and recovers quickly when putting the potatoes in the hot oil. It was easy to assemble once I got it uncrated (hardest part of all - it was really crated well and came without any dings or dents).
