I keep this around in case I have leg cramps in the middle of the night; chugging one helps pretty quickly. And it tastes great.

This product is a great pre-workout drink, with its high sources of sodium, magnesium, and organic sugars helping fuel you for a moderate to intense workout without the crash afterward. I put a packet in some water before a workout and I feel that my energy source is sustained for a longer period of time, as well as after when I would normally feel my shins and leg muscles tighten, it has relieved the aching feeling in my muscles. The mango citrus flavor that I got also has a great taste, and I can't wait to try the mixed fruit flavor after this one!

These single use stick packs are super and add a layer of convenience for folk who're on the go! Previously I have tasted the MagNaK formula (fruit punch flavor) and now got to try the Citrus Mango! Instant energy, less fatigue and helps push through very busy days that are hot. I used it pre, during and post exercise and it worked out quite well.Will continue to use and strongly recommend to anyone who believes in eletrolyte balance being key to endurance and optimal training.

I'm a physician and marathon and 5K/10K runner struggling for years to find the right mix, less sugar, balanced electrolytes, no caffeine, no fake sugars, the right light taste. Finally have it, perfect for training for my long distance runs with my daughter, who loves it as well. We split a pack of the Citrus Mango (light but flavorful with the natural Monk fruit) for our 5 mile run this morning, just right to prevent cramps and muscle injuries. A winner!

I bought both flavors, both tasted great. This product really worked for me because i have been cramping up working long hours outside in the California sun, the electrolytes helped me feel better throughout the work day, and still not feel overly cramped or fatigued after my shift to go to the gym. Overall, great product, easier to keep in a lunch box than pedialyte, and will help improve your activity filled day.

Just did the Salt to Saint bike relay from SLC Utah to St. George Utah. 8 man team, 428 miles. This mix in kept Elfkins Cycling going and the individual sachets are game changing.

Had a great experience trying this new stick pack. I love the magnesium and low sugar aspect to these and they really help with leg cramps or if you get sick to your stomach during hard training sessions like me.
