Using this Matress from March 2023 and writing the review now to know the actual quality of the product.The mattress sagged a little in the middle after using 5 months. I called MR.Raghu of cozy coir, He immediately responded and assured me He will a send a new one before lifting the defective piece.Hope they will do the needful.

The media could not be loaded.  Going through the positive comments, I bought this Heavy Density Coir Mattress (72 x 48 x 5) on 09/09/2022 and we used it hardly for 1 1/2 months and we went to Dubai, and came back on March 31st 2023 and start using it till date ( total of 6 months use). In the beginning we have been very happy with the purchase as it was a good back support for my wife who has back pain, but recently we noticed that the middle portion of the bed is dig in (settling down) and not at all providing a comfortable sleep!!
