This is my favorite herbal loose tea! Not only is the fragrance amazing, so is the taste. And the customer service is outstanding!! I was contacted by the company a week or so after receiving my order, just to see how I liked it and if I had any questions/concerns. Plus they provided me valuable brewing tips. I can't say enough nice things about the company and the tea. Too bad it is no longer available as a Subscribe & Save item though. But that's Amazon's issue not this vendor's. Try it out ~ I'm sure you won't be disappointed!!!Update: This tea is also great mixed with Earl Grey or Mint loose teas! It's really fun to try out new combinations as this tea really enhances a lot of different flavors. I usually do 1 tablespoon of the Rose Chamomile Lavender tea with a teaspoon of Earl Grey or Mint. Simply delightful!

Never enjoyed the taste of chamomile tea, but then again all I ever tried were teabags. Recently received a tea mug with a strainer and having a desire to reduce caffeine intake, I ordered a few loose herbal teas to give them a try and this was one. The quality and the taste can’t even compare with teabags, the difference is night and day. Even before it’s brewed, the fragrance of this loose tea smells wonderful. You can see the flowers and you know what’s in the stuff you’re drinking. It’s packaged in a thick recloseable pouch, not necessary to have a separate storage container if you don’t want it. At first, I was a little unsure of how the lavender and rose might be. Yes it smells a little bit floral, but the taste is in no way overpowering and just adds some complexity to the overall flavor. The more I drink it, the more I like it. We’ll definitely reorder. Please be sure to always keep it in stock. Oh and by the way, we can get two steeps out of one spoon of tea. The second cup is just as good as the first.

I had lived in Japan for 2 years, some years ago. Loved getting it in Tokyo. So tasty & I liked the spiciness.Although this brand had a good taste & all, it was missing a little more of that spicy taste I remembered.

Now to be clear, flavor is only 3 stars for me because I personally don't think the taste of lavender tea is all that great. I prefer to drink my tea plain. No added honey, lemon or anything. Just my preference, but I've been drinking lavender tea for a while. I have a lot of anxiety and for me personally it helps calm me down. I always drink lavender tea before bed so I can relax and not be so wound up before bed. I thought previous lavender teas did the trick. No... This one is different. I love the feeling it gives me and it smells AMAZING! I give the bag a nice big whiff before I make my tea. I do wish it taste as good as it smells, but like I said for me personally lavender tea has never been there for me as far as flavor. That's just how it is in my opinion. As long as it stays like this they have a forever customer out of me.

I recently had surgery and it left a huge ulcer in my stomach. I’m a huge black tea and coffee lover; however, I am restricted from drinking those for awhile. This tea is so good, I don’t even miss black tea and coffee as much as I would have thought. I drink this every evening and sleep like a baby. I usually have insomnia or if I do sleep, I wake up several times during the night. I sleep so well with this tea. Totally relaxes my brain and body.

This tea seems to be very fresh and good quality. Others seem to love the flavor, but I found it kind of medicinal. I've enjoyed chamomile lavender from another company so I tried this, but I am not able to taste the rose at all. It has a strange aroma in the bag. I was disappointed, but maybe it's just my taste.

This tea with a spoon of honey is amazing I love it! I'm a huge fan of loose leaf teas (especially stress relief or sleepy) I was drinking another but it was making me continue to lactate after breastfeeding so I stopped and I was worried I wasn't going to find another as good... But boy was I wrong a cup before bed makes my morning after amazing or when my kids are being awful and it isn't proper to have wine yet this is the tea you want!!!! The taste is beautiful I love the rose flavor I'm a huge fan it's not strong or overpowering bit as a tea lover you will taste it! This will continue to be my go to relax tea thank you so much guys you rock my zen world!
