Quick and easy to use! Better than most!

Ergonomically nice. Not sure of battery shelf life. Some evidence of user hostility:1. there are no visible markings anywhere on the package or the unit to tell you the correct polarity of each battery to be installed. 4 possible outcomes, and, naturally, found the right combo on the 4th try. No instructions are bad instructions. minus 1 star.2. box states that memory holds up to 20 readings, but does not tell how to access them. minus 1 star.

A piece of junk
I ordered this for my daughter and her family for Christmas. It not only didn't work, but pieces of the cheap plastic were broken when she opened it.

It's easy to use, readings are not as accurate as I would expect in a 'medical clinical' device
The SuperSWK Medical Clinical was provided by vendor at a tremendous discount as a 'for review' item.It gets high marks for 'ease of use'. It's as simple as selecting between Celsius and Fahrenheit after pressing the On/Off button. You then point it to your target's forehead and, some 3 seconds later it beeps and it displays the read temperature. Oh, and batteries are included. All is good so far but, according to its own published specs, accuracy is supposed to be +/- 0.3C, that's a lot because the 0.6C range translates into 1.1F and I wouldn't call it 'medical clinical'. And my suspicion is that the accuracy is lower than stated. While repeated readings of the same forehead do appear to be consistent, the readings seem to be consistently lower than the actual temperature and there is no way to calibrate the device.To conclude, this is an easy to use, convenient device that would have been a lot more useful if 'calibration' a supported feature. I suppose one could make a note of its average deviation when compared with a more trusted device and then use it to adjust its readings.
