I've taken Saw Palmetto supplements for years to enhance general prostate health. I have long believed in the benefits of herbs and nutritional supplements, so when I saw the Vitality CORE Saw Palmetto Prostate Supplements for Men, I thought I'd give it a try. I like the additional ingredients combined with the Saw Palmetto, including Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Pumpkin Seed, Nettle Root, Fenugreek, and Beta-Sitostero. Although I've heard of them all, I haven't taken them with Saw Palmetto before. I like that you get a two-month supply of 120 capsules per bottle.Time will tell if I notice any difference from other Saw Palmetto formulas. On the other hand, it's hard to know how effective most supplements are since they tend to work in the background and typically only produce subtle results. I'm skeptical about the libido and hair loss business, but that's not why I'm taking it. Even so, I'll report back if I notice any results beyond the subtle.

This product claims to help with quite a few different things however I mainly take it for my prostrate health. I’m in my 50s now I notice a lot more trips to the bathroom during the night. This product seems to be helping my urinary track/prostrate concerns, which is helping me sleep better through the night. Only making one trip to the bathroom per night now. Also seems to help with my urine flow as well. I cannot comment on any of the other areas that it says it help support as I have not noticed any difference. And I definitely don’t look like the guy in their ad that is buff from taking this product. Lol. It’s not a miracle pill people! This does seem like a good product. Recommended.

This saw palmetto product contains more than just saw palmetto. The bottle says that a serving is 2 capsules. Each of the 120 capsules contains 250mg of saw palmetto, 50mg ashwagandha extract, 50mg turmeric, 50mg pumpkin extract, 50mg green tea extract, 50mg nettle powder, 37.5mg fenugreek extract, and 37.5mg beta sitosterol extract. Thus, if you take 2 capsules, this bottle will last for 60 days, and you will get double those numbers per day. The cost is $25. If you’re just looking for saw palmetto, it would be cheaper to get a product that has just that. I don’t know how useful the saw palmetto is let alone all of those other things added in. Even if those other things are potentially beneficial, are they at the concentrations they exist in these capsules? Who knows. All I can say is that I haven’t had any negative effects from taking these.

My husband swears by saw palmetto and has taken it religiously for at least a decade, probably closer to fifteen years. When he doesn't take it, he's up to urinate twice as often and the stream is weaker.This offering is a mix of saw palmetto and other good supplements. Two caps give you nice-sized dose of 500 mg of saw palmetto. Additionally, there is 100 mg of ashwagandha, an herb he takes about 3000 mg of daily as a mood stabilizer. There is also nettle powder -- a specific for urination -- plus pumpkin, turmeric, fenugreek and green tea extracts.This supplement works as well as saw palmetto alone, but costs more due to the blend. It's good stuff.

I've depended on saw palmetto for the past 25+ years. It more or less maintains a healthy flow, though I've found it helps to take an occasional short break, which helps it keep working over the long haul. I've never encountered this particular blend of ingredients, but for me the most important one is still saw palmetto. The ashwagandha is a nice one, too, which helps my overall mood and outlook. Otherwise, these two ingredients along with the others make for a nice rounded supplement for men of all ages, but especially for older men. All of the ingredients here are both helpful and actually work in my experience, though I've never taken them all together before in a single supplement.

I had been taking some prostate support supplement gel capsules for some time that I have been happy with. I decided to try these because they offered very similar mix of ingredients. I really like the types of ingredients that are used in this supplement. I have been taking Vitality CORE Saw Palmetto Prostate Supplements for about a week now and am pretty sure these are working better. What I like about these is that they put a clear breakdown of the amount per serving. I like to know exactly what I am getting. So, I appreciate that. The other ones that I had previously been taking only grouped several ingredients together as a proprietary complex. I would recommend the Vitality CORE Saw Palmetto Prostate Supplements to any man in need of prostate support.

From using things like this to help the Prostate work better, I see these ingredients look to be great. They’re also made very clean from all natural and Non-GMO ingredients that are GMP Certified, then they’re 3rd Party Lab Tested afterwards and it’s all done in the USA. I’d definitely recommend them. Cons: They would get 5 Stars but for this: I’d simply recommend they actually put “Directions” on the bottle. It does say that a Serving is 2 Capsules but, I’ve taken other Prostate Supplements that called for multiple doses daily. I believe this is only one though.
