Do they work? Yes. Do they taste good? No.
I waited until I used the whole bottle before I wrote my review. They work great, I usually eat 2 or 3 before bed when I know I'm gonna need some help getting to sleep. The sad thing is I found myself dreading them because the taste seemed to get worse and worse. It was ok at the start but the more I took them the worse it got. Only way I can stomach them was plugging my nose while chewing and flushing the taste away with water afterwards.
