DISAPPOINTING
I got the item very fast - within a day or two. However, when I tried to set the combination the housing which suppose to turn 90 degrees moved barely 10 degrees. Needless to say - it turned out to be useless. Couldn't lock at all. I returned it. However, I need a padlock and it looks good in the picture. Hope someone from the company calls to clarify or send a working replacement so I can report about their customer service.
