Will not accept incoming calls
Will not accept incoming calls and the website is a joke all they want you to do is charge you for a licence.

Simply works
Truly plug and play. Worked flawlessly immediately after plugging in the usb. Makes call experience on Teams so much better. Highly recommend this phone.

Works well with Teams
Works perfectly with Teams, plug and play right out of the box. Microphone and Sound quality is great. The speaker is nice and loud with very clear audio, the handset is also nice. Bluetooth is nice as well, it lets you connect a Bluetooth headset to use for calls. It also lets you pair your phone and make/recieve calls on your cellphone through it. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the screen: I thought I would be able to access my contacts list in order to place calls directly from the mp50, but I have to go through the computer to access my contacts and initiate a call. Other than accessing the settings menu the screen has no real use. The screen is basically a glorified dial pad, redundant and serves no real purpose as all the main functionality it provides (dial pad, mute button, etc) already have physical buttons. Maybe a future firmware update could add a contacts list feature if possible, as it would immensely improve the mp50's usability. The way it is now, it is basically a headset shaped like a desk phone.
