I bought this as it said it was temperature safe. The wax only stays melted when on High but it then burns and marks the skin.The instructions that came with it are inadequate it states "turn to 100" there is no 100 on the machine.Very unsafe and I have now started the process for return

The media could not be loaded.  Product is good for intended use but the particular one I have received is believed to be faulty. The red light only becomes lit when I hold the dial and is intermittent so is not possible to keep the wax hot as well as wax. If my item was working it would be good

The warmer is really effective and works well, the strips it comes with are redundant as you don’t need them for the kind of wax it is. Unfortunately the wax isn’t great quality and you’re left with a lot of hair having to do the same area more than once. I’m yet to try with another brand of wax!

My charging cable came with a missing piece of metal on the inside I don’t have a car so can’t drive to nearest post office and send it back. So I’m stuck with a broken item.

I was excited to test the new machine but unfortunately the machine didn’t even work🙁

My product doesn’t work

I am really impressed with this wax warmer, I have used it a couple of times now and I think this is definitely something I am going to use on a regular basis.I am using this at home, so I only turn it on when I am going to use it. It does state that this can be left on all day so it does imply that it could be used for a small business.For home use this is great. The kit comes with the warmer, instructions, 4 packs of wax beads, sticks and wax strips. The heater can be adjusted so that it can be turned up to melt the beads, and then turned down to a temp that will not damage the skin. I did have a search on the internet for the best way to use this type of hair removal system and pick up any tips or hints. I would suggest you do the same if you have not used this type of thing before.The wax is easy to use and I did find that it can be used with or without the strips. I found it easier to use without. It did take me a while to get the technique right for using wax without strips, but I found it much easier as I got better.This is a great kit, everything you need is in this. I have used it on legs, underarms and top lip. I have had no adverse reactions to the wax and I am very happy with this. Everything you need is included and so it can be used straight from the box.I would happily recommend this wax heater kit. It is excellent.

I used to own the wax warmer and used the wax that came with it (I believe it was honey based). I hated how it was so sticky all the time and it was so annoying to deal with that and wax strips. I ended up throwing away the entire system and started booking monthly appointments with the European Wax Centre for all my Brazillian waxes.Since we are staying home for the meantime, I have not been able to have my usual wax appointment and I was starting to get really irritated with the...ahem...foliage. I started looking online for wax warmers again and noticed the wax warmer was still one of the highest rated products. It was discouraging because I figured that meant anything with "lesser" ratings would be even worse. But then I stumbled on this product and I just got a really good gut feeling about it.The product arrived in a nice, neat box very quickly. I purchased a separate silicone bowl to use instead of the metal bowl that was provided so that it would be easy for me to clean up the wax from the bowl once it hardened. The warmer worked fast and the wax beads melted quickly to the perfect temperature. I used the blue beads that were included in the packet and used the Brazillian waxing technique the specialists at the European Wax Centre used on me and OH MY GOD this thing worked perfectly! I could not believe how every strand of hair was removed! I had originally thought it didn't work because I felt zero pain whatsoever, but I looked at the area and there wasn't a strand of hair left on me!
