Another great Learning Resources set, really good quality and all the activities are clearly set out in the instructions.Kept a 7 and a 9 year old amused for quite a while, though they did need some parental input at times to keep them right.Would be a cool set to use in a primary school setting too.

This set is very high quality set and brilliant for STEM learning, especially because it’s very educational and about magnetic forces. I used this with my nephew and he was really into it! We did so much on a lazy Sunday afternoon together and he particularly likes the magic floating magnets. Making our own compass was another fun activity we really enjoyed doing and I briefly went over some of the real life STEM careers people have and he showed a bit of interest in that. The booklet is absolutely brilliant and I really like how detailed and fun it is. The kit is jam packed with strings to do and all of the components are made well, strong and durable, easy to assemble and high quality. I think for the price it is superb value for money because of the activities included and how educational it is. The kit is perfectly giftable too so it would make a fab present for a loved one or even just for a family science based play activity. I highly recommend this kit.

My son loves anything to do with science and experiments. He really loved working through the informative booklet that had experiments and information regarding scientific things.For all of the experiments he was able to follow the instructions and it kept him busy for quite a while. The set is aimed at 8+ so perfect for my son although I was surprised at the bold and bright colours as I personally felt that came across as being for a younger age group. My son didn’t care about the colours so clearly just something I thought about. If my son had to pick a favourite he said he really liked the Levitate and Launch experiment.Overall this magnet experiment set was perfect for my son. He enjoyed reading through and following the instructions. Then also talking me through what he did. There is a real fun learning element to this set which I really appreciated. There is a good selection of accessories within the kit. However this set isn’t necessarily a low cost item but if your child has a love of science this could still be the perfect set for them!

Before i even started on the contents on the box my children and i learnt about using magnets and recycling, it it sticks it's not recyclable. Great way to introduct children to recycling and good for the environment too.The kit is full of activities and will definetly guage your childs attention and passion for learning.There are a few items you need to supply but these are very common household items for when making the compass.For my children and I the most amazing part of this kit is a toss up between making your own compass and floating magnets.Every item in this kit is well made, nice bright, vibrant colours and excellent clear and concise intruction manual, well worth the money

This is a good gift idea for kids and it helps them to learn and play at the same time which makes it joyful for them. There is actually quite a lot included and you can do many different experiments which are good. Overall, it is a good way to get kids to learn.In one of the experiments you can move a car without touching it, the explanation is that different sided magnets repel so that causes the car to move. There is a lot more to do as well which is good.There are instructions as well which are clear and easy to follow. Overall, good product, priced fairly, and I recommend it.

My children and I trialed this magnetic set and they were bored of it within 10 minutes and went of to play elsewhere so I looked over it - the magnets are well designed with hard plastic coatings, easy to detach from each other and there are a few experiments to follow to show the powers of magnets. However my children decided they didn't care for that and used the magnets included to find what was magnetic around the house, so I do think this is more suitable for older children who may be more interested in the science. I would of liked a storage box/bag included because the packaging is very large compared to what is actually included.

Item arrived well packed, visually appealing and colourful. The quality of the pieces is good and the interactive element is great. Very sturdy so it can resist kid’s enthusiasm. And very cute and compact design, looks Simple but effective. Visually stimulating and so easy to handle for my 7 year old son who is just starting to get inquisitive yet i find myself unable to put it down, therefore the manual is so helpful.This is fun with the added bonus of being informative . Like the fact it's magnetic, my son has enjoyed a lot after several experiments and been learning most of things about the science of magnetism quite fast. This set definitely helps kids understand better about how magnets work.

We’ve had loads of fun with this set at home. The children have been giggling like I don’t know what - who would have thought magnets were so funny!All the pieces in the set are fully formed, bar tying of string, and even the iron filings are enclosed in cases.The cars with the ‘meeples’ are great fun, and swinging a magnet from the pole in wonderful too.There’s a nice instruction booklet, both explaining the experiments and talking about the science magnetism.Some of the experiments need extra stuff - paper clips, pins, masking tape, but you can adapt as you wish, and there’s plenty to do right out of the box.Mag-nificent!

This fun Magnet set is great for kids of all ages. The included instruction manual contains several fun experiments that can be done over and over again. There are no consumable parts, so really, as long as you take care of it, the set will last for years. Some of the experiments involve items you already have around the house, like paper clips and such.My children, 3, 5, 7, and 8, all enjoy playing with the magnets and discovering "what happens if . . . " This set is a great addition to our homeschool.

This was a gift for a child under 10. They really enjoyed the different experiments, especially the push versus pull ones. Being able to show how magnets can attract or repel objects was very neat and is done in a way that kids understand.

El juego se regaló en Navidad a un adolescente. Le gustó mucho, es muy instructivo, tal vez muy simple para alguien de esa edad. Tal vez más adecuado para niñ@s más pequeños.

I wish it contained a bar magnet. The pieces are well made, but the price is too high. I bought a damaged package that allowed me to get the kit. The included book of ideas is very helpful.
