Q: I’m measuring 59cm, what size helmet? Will the Medium be too small?

Not sure if it helps but my head is 61cm and it fills up the Large. The chart says it'll go to 62cm. The adjustment knob is all the way against the back of the helmet. I like to wear a headband to keep the sweat out of my eyes in the summer and it's a snug fit. My guess is you might not have any room to adjust the fit if you go with a Medium but it'll probably work.

Q: My head circumference is 58.5 cms, so i'm right in the middle of sizes m and l. which one should i choose? any comments?

My head is 59cm and I ended up with a Medium. I bought the large at first but it was too loose. The med fits well but it is a snug in the winter when I wear a helmet liner. I only notice the snugness when I first put it on, it doesn't impact the ride.

Q: Can I use this helmet with an electric scooter?

Yes. You can use it in almost any activity. It's not rated for motorcycles, but a scooter doesn't have nearly the same speed.

Q: Is the blue like a greenish blue or a slate blue?

I didn’t purchase this particular color.. but I’ve seen videos on YouTube.. and it’s pretty much the exact color you see on this current display picture. I think it’s more on the greenish blue side.
