The porcelain is pretty thick. Very good for toddler.

Lovely, but one broken piece.
These are lovely and I would recommend. However, a lid arrived broken. The box was in fine shape. Maybe the packaging could use modification to prevent breakage if this is a common problem. We are not returning the whole set to replace it. Just wanted to send word in case manufacturer or seller collects the data to determine a solution is necessary to prevent future damages to their product.

Poor quality case
I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter. The tea set is adorable and heavy enough to withstand play. There are a couple of black spots on the dishes that appear to have been baked into them. The case that is used to store them is filled with styrofoam that is covered with a piece of cloth. The cloth has already slipped off several times. The latch that holds it closed is nothing more than a glorified brad and came out the first time she tried to open it on her own.

Absolutely adorable!
I was worried about it being shipped and then wrapped up and set aside for Christmas, but it is very carefully boxed up, and each piece is encased in Styrofoam. None of it was broken when I got it and checked before I wrapped it up.The design is just adorable, and I'm excited for my girls to open it and play with it soon!!It also had a cute little picnic basket that it comes in, and I'm sure we will have many outdoor teas packed up and carried to the backyard or park!

its a broken tea pot spout
it was all good just for the broken spout. and I sure don't want to have the little girls cut themselves too bad they won't have it in time now.. we live in Manitoba and they were were flying in from Vancouver BC. Sept 10 not sure what I will do. all I know I have to retire the broken tea set. Thank you n. In was so pleased to have it early. but then it was broken. thank you for now
