This soap is really great on my plaque psoriasis. I still use ointment but the combination of soap and ointment is great. I believe my diet and getting enough rest also contribute in controlling this awful disease. I have noticed a definite improvement in my condition since using this soap. So, I would recommend this product to any one who is suffering from psoriasis to use it. The only draw back is that it stains the wash cloths. I would suggest using a cheap or old wash cloth or rag because this soap stains material but not the skin. It does contain coal tar! And it does work. This is an update. This soap is wonderful. I have purchased it 3 times and it comes pretty fast. It is wonderful on the psoriasis. I am getting older and my resistance is not quite what it once was.and this soap helps very much. Keeps all my skin in good condition. Update I now subscribe.

I was interested in finding an alternative to T gel/coal tar shampoo as it is often out of stock and expensive, even for generic. I have been using this a week and I think it does very well for me. I lather in my hands and repeatedly put in my hair until it lathers there. Must use with a conditioner though as it leaves your hair feeling dry. T gel is all I use and I am thankful to find this cheap long lasting alternative.

I have been using coal tar products forever for my psoriasis. This one seemed to be weak in the coal car concentration - so although it smelled better than most, I really didn't see much improvement in my skin. If you react well to lighter dosages, or have very slight cases if skin issues - then it might be for you. I will go back to something a little stronger in concentration.On the good side - the price was great and worthy of at least giving it a try!

I have never felt cleaner than when using this product. My skin was literally squeaky clean. That being said it is important to moisturize after using this product as it can be drying to the skin. But, paired with a good moisturizer this is an incredible product. Loved the smell! Great for men or women!

I have suffered with eczema all my adult life. Mostly scaly patches here and there. Not enough to be a terrible problem, but annoying enough to affect day to day life on some occasions. I had taken steroid creams from my dermatologist but the problem just keeps coming back. I decided to try something natural.This soap really makes a difference. I usually wash off at night before I go to sleep. I don't need something harsh or heavy, but something to take the itch away. After bathing with it, I use put on baby oil or some other fragrance free oil or lotion. This soap has a good lather and didn't dry out my skin at all. I definitely feel a difference from bathing with it. I highly recommend it if you have itchy patches and itchy skin like I do.
