Modern Stone Grout Stain Color Seal - TEC Colors - 8oz (Mist #939)

Pics are before and after. We had our tile put in and the “dark brown” grout dried a very light gray color which was awful. I tried this product and highly recommend it!! So easy and quick to apply. Squirt it on and rub with a toothbrush. Make sure to wipe off any spills IMMEDIATELY. Dries quickly. It goes a long way so only buy the small bottle unless you are doing a LOT of rooms. We used expresso.

First time User recoloring grout. It worked just as described. I simply followed the instructions. Easy and very effective when using a toothbrush to work it in and the cleanup is easy if you work small areas at a time.

I’ve used the one brand from Lowe’s and HD they are too sheer and runny - this is thick and covers well! I got the charcoal color. It’s very dark but not black! Love it!

I'm on my second week of doing all of my tile. The tile and grout in my place is 22yo and it has been cleaned with grout cleaner. I went with ivory because I thought white was just too light. The ivory appears to have a slight yellow tint but it's all good. I hope it holds up for a long time! I've recommended this to my neighbors and they can't believe how good it looks.

Coffee always looks very dark, almost black. This coffee is more of a Mocha color, a waste of $21.99, I went back and bought the chocolate from Mapei, it is more of dark chocolate and the color was perfect. My tiles are a walnut wood grain and a gentleman at ModernStone that I spoke to told me that their saddle brown goes well with the dark wood grain tiles. I had read a review on Mapei where the reviewer had tiles that looked like mine and had good results with the chocolate. I picked Modern Stone for the mention of it lasting up to fifteen years. Was not happy wasting $21.99.

We recently redid our kitchen backsplash and although we carefully cleaned the grout following the directions the cleaning process washed out a lot of the grout's color. TEC is one of the only brands that doesn't have grout paint in all of their grout colors and we were disappointed to find that Sterling was not a color they had available. This color-matched version was a perfect match and saved the day on our project.

This worked great on refreshing the grout lines in our floor tile.It is easy to apply and covers very well. It made the tile lookbrand new. Highly recommend this. I chose the same coloras the old just to refresh.

2 1/2 years ago I used this product on a new floor I installed. Last month I finished the remainder of the flooring in other rooms & used this product when done. When I was done you could not tell the floors were installed years apart, fantastic product that lasts.
