I would have given 5 stars for use as the manufacturer’s notes say.“For use on a smooth surface – not pebbly”For, the area round my sheltered housing flat is not smooth.I made a wrong decision to buy the “light weight” Lupin!For use indoors & in shopping malls it is good.The standard of service by the staff I spoke to was impeccable.I was put at my ease even though I returned the buggy.The charge made for damage I caused was very reasonable.I fully recommend the seller.

Reverse I feel does not work properly. Since buying the product I have been Very Ill and am on oxygen so only just used it . I didn’t do guarantee and return box has been taken to local tip as someone unwrapped it and never read instructions properly. I paid £1700 for the scooter that does not work properly. My fault for not being able to sort guarantee and not being able to oversee unpacking ,

It is easy to fold down & put it back up plus it is a fast little machine & also goes up to 21miles which i love, i don't know what i would do without it now bcoz i just love it & i take it everywhere with me 👍
