This company went above and beyond to make sure and make things right with this purchase. I highly recommend working with this company. The replacement was much better and held my expectations. Thank you again!Previous:I've been wanting one of these for a while now and when it went on sale I decided to take the plunge. Both units feels very well put together and has a good weight to it. Here are my concerns so far:1. If you look on the Amazon page for this unit, it states that you can rinse this under water to clean. When you look through the direction booklet it explicitly states to keep it away from water. One of the main things I looked for was the ability to rinse this with water. Very confusing. . .2. Some people in the "questions" area state they got oil with this unit, none came with mine. Not positive if I was supposed to get oil with this or not. Confusing. . .3. Not sure how long the battery will last. So far I've had it on for a few minutes and it started at 100% charge and dropped significantly with just about 2-3 minutes worth of use. I don't see how I could get through a full haircut. I also have thin hair, so if the charge drops from cutting thin hair, afraid of what it will do with thick hair.

The main clippers are great and works as they should with no pull or anything negative. The T-Trimmer is also OK but the battery doesn't hold a charge so if it's at 90% when you get done with it...a week or 2 later when I go to use it the battery is completely drained and I have to let it stay on the charger a while before use. Other than that it's a good buy for the moeny.

Charging at first is great then a month later starts to loose charge quickly, not enough power to use on multiple client . Maybe home use but not salon or barber shop

I’m a real barber and I have had 50-60 different clippers in my life.. this was a great surprise for me.. I don’t use it in the shop everyday but it’s way better than I thought it would be.. only thing is how long the battery will last under heavy use.. recharging all the time , time heat from motor and vibration is what may kill it in the shop, but at home it’s pretty good.. I only use it for me,, so 10 cuts a month and the other tools are hanging in there too .. all work well seem constructed well feel good in hand.. can’t really complain

They work absolutley fantastic. Sound is a bit on the medium side. And they have a bit of weight to them. Other than that with all the attachments and case, and how well they work I will most definitley buy another set if I ever need too. But with the oil I bought for them I don't see that happening for quite some time.

The bigger trimmer stopped working properly, the blade detached sometimes. Not safe to use on someone anymore.Beforehand it worked perfectly and never had any issues.Took it apart, cleaned it, put the spring and blade back together, but it still does the same thing.I would love to get a replacement or the parts needed to refresh it. It's about 15 months oldIf not then I'll be going with a different brand to replace it.
