Excellent totally recommend this sail and in the mocha colour. Makes shade, allows most rain water through so it doesn't create a giant puddle. Material it's made from doesn't create mildew or rot like fabric ones in creme colours do. I don't think it will fade but have only used it this summer so far. Australian Design I believe.

okay, I do not write many reviews but I felt I must. This product is a MUST have if you are looking to shade a area. The item is quality made and priced fair. It seems that this manufactures item is of a better quality than most. The stitching is incredible strong even thounyou would not think it at first. It seems to be stitched with a fishing line type quality and strength around the seams. Easy to install and comes with 20ft of water resistant nylon rope that holds tight when knotted. Item does not come with hardware to affix the corners. I went a little overboard with my setup. I replaced rope withnstainless steel chain and installed ALL stainless steel eyebolts and turnbuckles. I hate direct sunlight! I installed this shade over my back window to keep direct sunlight out of my great room during midday. It does a great job! Early morning, and evening light still sneak in but I don't mind that light so much. The sail looks great over my patio and has stood up to our occasional wind gusts here in northern Colorado. I'm thinking of getting another to put over the sliding glass door next to it. I should have bought this years ago!I attached to eye-hook screws to the house for mounting one side and I attached the opposite side to a long metal pole that is embedded in the ground just past our patio.Buying this is a no-brainer.

I got this shade after having my deck built. I still needed "something more". This shade did the trick. It has provided the correct amount of shade and withstands relatively high wind gusts. I am very happy with this and would recommend it highly!

The coolaroo shade sail is perfect providing shade for my side yard without being cumbersome. It is amazing how something so simple can keep you cool on those hot days. Love it!
