Product arrived after nearly 3 weeks, and it looks like someone else had had it previously and returned it. The shipping package itself was fine but box inside was crushed and had clearly already been opened. The parts inside were loose and not factory-sealed.Have submitted a request for return and full refund.

Baby toy
I Purchased this for a baby that has a stiff neck due to rare problem before birth meaning his movement was severely restricted. It was to encourage him to move his neck left to right. Wow its the best little toy. Even our cats like it. It works on carpet also and wooden floors. This toy was not available in my country.
