Please help return and replace
I had deliver the packet to my parents home and saw it a couple of days back as the packet was not opened till now. The finishing is very bad and the embroidery is coming out from the bottom of the purse making it a nuisance as it gets struck in the threads of the dresses we wear. May I please request a replacement with a better piece
