While this book did have some helpful illustrations and instructions, I felt that the home furnishings illustrated were right out of the 1980's rather than modern designs. Pinch pleated drapes, lots of fringe and tassels rather than simple drapes, duvet covers and pillows. The instructions were good and if you are looking for a more formal, traditional look, this might be right for you. It just wasn't what I was looking for. I should have looked at the table of contents more closely.

This is a Great Book. Years ago I made my 1st set of slipcovers with no instruction. They turned out great but it was a long & slow process.I plan to make another set and I'm sure this book, with LOTS of photos will help me along the way.
