Large Metal Hair Claw Clips - 4pcs Nonslip Big Gold Hair Clamps with Strong Hold for Thick and Thin Hair for Women and Girls

So I got these to try to trendy and cool. But these are STRONG metal. So I wear one in my hair, but I wanted to lay down and the clip was uncomfortable to lean on so I placed on the side of the stairs to bring up later. My 230 lbs boyfriend decided that looking were he was walking was not important and stepped on the clip. Did it break? Did it bend a single prong???? NOPE IT JUST WENT THROUGH THE SIDE OF HIS FOOT! So if you want a clip you can throw in a purse with your water bottle this is the clip for you! BUT you have to be careful where you set it because I think if I dropped it and ran it over it might pop a tire before it broke! These things are strong!! The spring to open is easy to open…(even if you have the grip strength of a toddler like me), but it has enough hold to hold all my hair back securely (probably indefinitely if I slept on my face). The gold is bright in my dark hair but not in the cheap way. And it has held up nicely not tarnishing even when I put my wet hair up. If you have a sensitive scalp they might not be for you because the metal is prongs across the back of the head could definitely be a turn off for some people.

I bought a package of 4 different style brass hair clips. They're beautiful, all distinctly different and I can fit my long thick hair completely in 3 of them. One is a little smaller and I can use that for sweeping my hair back. They are sooo strong and grip my hair firmly and I am not always fooling with my hair clips. Great price, same as the plastic clips, great style and came really quickly.

Work great, very strong. Only negative I have is if you have really thick hair they need longer teeth to grip the hair

Great clips. Color and quality are amazing. The spring is strong. One of the clips came with a tooth missing and another one bent. I’m not sure if it’s from shipping or manufacturing or what… but it’s annoying.Regardless they are decent overall

They are very strong hair clips-so strong that I have to be careful digging them into my hair because it hurts when I accidentally scrap the it across my scalp. Once they are on though-they will hold everything in place. I don't have a ton of hair (I wouldn't say thick by any means), but I'm pretty sure it would work on someone with thicker hair. No pulls or snags-edges of the metal are very smooth. If I had to be picky and choose something that I would change-maybe the color of the gold? It's very bright-wish it was a little more matted and toned down. Overall, I would definitely recommend and happy with the purchase.

So much unnecessary packaging! But smaller plastic claw clips could never hold all of my hair, and my hair would slip right out of the claws, so I wanted to give these a try. These clips have good size teeth that keep even thick hair in place, with a strong spring. I haven't had any issues with my hair catching on the clip or being tugged/pulled by the spring.Would definitely recommend if you're looking for nice clips that keep your hair in place all day.

(Was for my gf this is her review) They're pretty, but when I put it on my scalp I started having an allergic reaction which only happens with Nickel. Wish they were honest and clear in the description. I have really thick hair and it was a struggle to keep the clips in. If you struggle with non-hypoallergenic metals, then avoid this one.
