Works great
Works really well when mixed with figs and dates. A tablespoon is all you need to move. Can’t taste it at all when mixed in. Add some dried apricots for taste or mango.

Overly ground and ineffective
Ground to the consistency of fine flour, pretty much useless for tea. Even with it literally mixed into water and ingesting the "senna", it has very little cleansing power. Probably just grass or worse. Would not buy again.
