I'm 5'9 and 220lbs and this thing hides my muffin tops and is actually pretty comfortable to wear! I love it! I wear a 14 in jeans.Edit: I ordered the XL/XXL and it fit perfect.

I'm 254 5'4". I got a xl/xxl it fit perfect and love it. I'm attaching photos with and without the underwear.

I recently purchased this garment because I ordered a similar garment from somewhere else, and it has yet to get here. I decided the suspense was KILLING me so I looked on Amazon and found the garment here, with only 2 day shipping, but I paid for Same Day delivery and it got here the same day I ordered it! When I took them out of the packaging to try on, I was afraid it wouldn't be the right size. Not only was it the correct size, it smoothed out ALL my lumps and bumps! I am 5'8" and 184lbs and the Medium/Large fit perfectly. Truthfully I could have probably downsized if I wanted to but I don't think I'd be able to breathe lol. Anyway, I bought both the nude and the black one. I wore the black one for a day and LOVED it. It did not roll down not once throughout the day that I wore it. Best time to try it on is in the morning when your stomach and bladder is empty. It compresses very well and I think this garment would also be great on days when you're feeling bloated. I noticed my posture improved slightly while wearing this garment as well.I don't necessarily have extra fat, but I had a child 13yrs ago and still have extra skin on my tummy. There are some things that diet and exercise does not solve. This helped to smooth that out. Even when sitting, the garment did not roll down. I was getting in and out of my car all day and no issues. I think the key component is the boning in the upper portion. It helps to keep the garment straight up at all times yet also assists with cinching your waistline. I plan to eventually have a tummy tuck in the near future, but this garment will at least hold me over until that happens. Might even make for a great compression garment/faja once I'm post-op!If you wear the garment with panties underneath, your panty line from the actual panties underneath will show. If you wear JUST the garment as your panty, you will not have that problem. I tried on just the garment under a one-piece jumpsuit I own and everything was nice and smooth underneath, garment was not detectable. Could probably get away with a thong or g-string underneath if you insist on wearing underwear with these, but they are already underwear so I wore mine without.Also, the back portion has a slight butt-lifting mechanism to it. It doesn't lift it much. But the effect is there. Wonder if there is a garment like this which does lift your butt more, that would be cool. Personally I already have a big butt so I don't need it much bigger but would like more roundness.Hand-washing is recommended for this garment, but tbh you would get away with machine-washing cold OR delicate and then tumble drying on lowest setting posssible OR allowing it to air-dry after the machine wash if you are afraid of it shrinking.Anyway, good luck to you! If you purchase this item, it is definitely US sized, so go with the size you actually do wear; do not upsize or downsize. It looks tiny when you get it out of the bag, but once you get it on, it's amazing and very comfortable to wear. All compression/waist cinching garments are supposed to be a little difficult to get on. If it's super easy, it's not going to get you snatched like you'd like to be. I can almost envision what my results will be like after surgery as well and I'm pretty stoked!I highly recommend this garment to anyone who just wants to smooth things out OR appear slimmer in certain clothing. This one will do the trick, plus, if you need it for the upcoming holidays, shipping is SUPER fast, only takes 2 days to arrive, or you can do what I did and pay for the same day delivery if it is available for your area! For me it ended up being completely worth it!

I love this so much. I have a bit of a pudge since giving birth. This sucks in my gut so well. The only issue I have is that it is a little small, I had a hard time getting it over my legs and butt. But when its on it is super comfortable.

The two photos in the left are the “before” photos; the two on the right are with the pop fashion shapewear on - look at how it SNATCHED my waist!! I bought two (one small; one medium - I’m 5’1” and 130 lbs both sizes fit but the medium is more comfortable); I will be purchasing more!

The only reason why I am giving this product a five-star. Is because it do its job. As a real plus size woman of pants of 24 to 26. I had a bit of a hard time getting it on but it did get on and it stayed on. It did not roll down. It can be a little uncomfortable but I'm telling you the results is amazing. Someone in the review told me I will not be able to fit it but I did. This thing is awesome and I ordered a 3X.

I am 5'6" 141 lbs, 6 weeks Post partum. I ordered a large and it fit me just right. I am normally a size medium without the baby fat so I'd say the sizing is perfect

I bought this because of seeing a bazillion ads for it on Facebook and because it was a lot cheaper here.PROs:* It has a bit of boning and is quite sturdy.* It does suck in the waist a bit* It goes high enough that you can tuck it in a bra and avoid folds of back fat sticking out(Yes, some people have back fat: GET OVER IT! :-) )* It’s actually kinda comfortable, even with the boning.CONs:* Well, as always, it’s not the “miracle shaper” that it advertises itself to be. It sucks you in a little bit not a lot.* Due to its shape, it tends to cause VPL. (“Visible panty lines)* A bit difficult to get on and off. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST SECOND TO GO TO THE BATHROOM!Seriously.Do not wait.TRUST ME.Bottom line:Overall, as shapewear goes, it’s just okay. Not amazing and not awful. I’ll probably still use it occasionally, but I don’t know if I’d completely recommend it.
