LEGO Super Mario Frog Mario Power-Up Pack 71392 Building Kit (11 Pieces)

This is different to most my Lego reviews because this isn’t really a Lego set. This is an add on to the Lego Mario character that comes with the Lego Mario Starter Course (Lego Mario does not come with this set) and so it more of an accessory than a set - but is it a good accessory?Yes. Yes it is. If, like me, Mario 3 was one of your favourite games and if, like me, one of the highlights of that game was the frog suit, then you will love this.There is no real build to speak of: you put some pieces together to make a stand for when Mario isn’t wearing it (which got quickly lost in our Lego box because in our house MarioIs always wearing the frog suit) but it isn’t really a build.The suit creates new ways for Mario to interact with his environment and to collect coins which is nice, but more importantly it’s the frog suit from Mario 3.If you are looking for Lego under £10 - I would suggest the Marvel mechs as they are more traditional Lego builds and stand alone toys. But if you are looking to expand your Mario lego play sets than I recommend this and do think it’s worth the price. Also my kids love it which is always points in favour of a Lego purchase.

A ver... es un accesorio para Lego Mario que también encaja con Lego Luigi. Realmente es una chorrada pero para los súper fans de Mario y que están coleccionando sus legos pues es un puntazo. Mi hijo tiene 4 trajes y los va combinando. Lo bueno que no ocupa y lo guarda en la misma caja con todas las piezas LEGO (aunque luego tiene que rebuscar para encontrarlo porque por ejemplo las alas del pingüino van sueltas o las gorras que también se escurren por la gran caja, pero oye así se entretiene más).Por algo menos de 10 euros haces feliz a los críos la verdad 😉.

Tengo un niño, de 4 años, enésimo fan de Mario y todo lo que le rodea. Los productos de Lego son de una calidad sorprendente, lo aguantan todo. Le encantan, en general. Sus juguetes preferidos. Ojalá pudiera permitirme la colección completa. Si algo he de decir es que no son precisamente baratos.
