Perfect glove
I have several pairs of Dr Arthritis gloves now, of differing sorts. I can absolutely recommend these. I have arthritis in my hands and a separate neurological condition, both of which cause swelling and pain, and make doing even the most simple of jobs difficult, or impossible, at times. All of my DR. Arthritis gloves help; they ease the pain and stress, give an immediate feeling of comfort and make jobs that bit easier. It's nice just to sit with them on reading or watching telly. These are thin and not cumbersome in the slightest. I wear the small size in these and the half finger ones, even though I would consider my hands medium sized, and they fit perfectly.

Almost perfect ..
I have written a review for the fingerless gloves with grips, which are absolutely perfect as gardening gloves for my arthritic and very painful fingers ...but wanted a full fingered glove as well for the same purposes. If extra protection is needed whilst gardening I can wear my protective gloves over my compression gloves, I just buy a larger size in garden gloves. Again they are surprisingly sturdy, easy to launder and so supportive of the joints during gardening. However, I have only given four starts as I would have loved to have also had the little grips on the palms and fingers as these really do help with lifting and holding. I cannot seem to find that option in this format. I do love that they are cotton ...so I did find very comfortable to wear during summer ....supportive but not sweaty ...whilst in colder weather, they still keep the hands nicely warm and supported.

Excellent For All Night Wear
My wife has suffered from arthritis for most of her life, especially in her knees and hands; however, it is only in the last few years that it has become more than just a nagging ache, particularly in her hands where the first joint of one index finger has permanently swollen and bent the finger tip over at an angle. Interestingly, her mum and her sister have exactly the same problem on the same finger.Six months ago she bought a pair of Dr Arthritis compression nylon/spandex gloves and immediately gained relief from wearing them, especially in the evening while reading or watching tv, but found that they were a bit too compressive for overnight wear while sleeping and that they also made her hands too hot.Seeing that Dr Arthritis had recently released a cotton-rich version which has milder compression properties than the black ones, she decided to give them a go. After a week of wearing them she is delighted to report that they are very comfortable, even for overnight wear and that her hands do not get too hot. So now she saves her black gloves for during the day and her pink ones for during the night and is very happy with the relief she is getting from them.

Very poor quality - updated as have been offered full refund
** I have updated this review as the seller has offered a full refund based on my initial review. Hopefully this was just a one-off **If you want gloves that last more than 24 hours don't buy these. I had great hopes for them, they fitted well and definitely felt like compression gloves, but after wearing once they'd split at the seam.

Pain relief
I suffer pain in my fingers in colder weather. These gloves seem to offer some relief, they are tight fitting which I assume helps with blood flow and I can wear them under my normal gloves which helps to keep my old hands nice and warm.

not for me
Sudden developed raynaud's plus joint pain in hands due to years of wrapping dogs leads round my hands. Ordered a large size. I found there is no way you can get these gloves on if you have arthritis , i understand the compression side of things and now i understand why they say you can keep them on all the time as you wouldnt want to take them off as it will hurt to much. Maybe I am a big baby. Also hole appeared after one wash. I found they didn't do much for raynaud's. Looking at the reviews left for these gloves they certainly do help others just not me.

Pricey but good quality
These gloves are a little pricey compared to other pressure gloves that I have purchased. However they are also better quality. The quality aspects are not what I’d class as essential, but nice to have. They fit higher on the wrist and seem to be slightly warmer. I bought them mainly because I wanted full fingered gloves.
