I tend to get blisters easily so was pleased to discover these. They have worked really well for me - used them in shoes, sandals and trainers. Stick well and do not move. V durable. Can make shoes a but smaller so if shoes are a tight fit already can be a bit too thick, but otherwise I've really appreciated how padded they are.

Ok but you have to find proper position on first attempt or they loose their stickiness.

These are perfect if your new shoes are just slightly to big, also provides great comfort if on your feet all day. Sticks perfectly to the inside of the shoe, doesn't move around, thickness is just right! No blisters either

These are much better and cover more surface of the heel than any other brands I've purchased. The adhesive is super strong so make sure you are putting it on where you want it, or you'll ruin it and it won't adhere again. Super comfortable and soft. Love these

Dank der Fersenpolster kann ich meine Schuhe wieder problemlos tragen. Sie bieten genau die richtige Polsterung und verhindern unangenehme Reibung. Ohne die Polster hätte ich die Schuhe wohl entsorgen müssen, aber jetzt sind sie wieder super bequem. Absolute Empfehlung für alle mit ähnlichen Problemen!
