It's very large, enough so that my 4 year old is able to run laps around it and play like a monkey without me having to worry about her crashing into her baby brother. My 9 month old is now mobile so I thought this pen would be a good idea. It is a very solid structure. All the pipes are metal, however the connecting pieces are plastic. And as was finishing putting the pieces together I could see some white marks in the connecting pieces telling me the plastic was being stretched in those areas. The fabric is soft and pretty thin, but no holes have been torn through yet. I love that mesh goes around all the sides of the pen so I can see and so can my baby. There's two spaces where you can unzip the mesh and let your kid exit and enter of their own volition, which I find a nice touch.I do wish that the underside of the floor had some type of waterproof material, in case we put it on carpet or on a rug to help contain any spills or messes. If it did, I'd say this would be an optimal playpen for say a daycare or young baby play group to help keep them contained. I can't imagine that it'll be easy to wash this. They do include some rings to clip to the sides of the walls to encourage your little one to grip and pull themselves up. However they don't work great and pop off really easily. Also this is the second set I received from this seller, the first one I had to return because it had a defect where it was sewn incorrectly on one side and it made it impossible for me to slide the bottom pipes through. Not a big deal though, it happens.Overall I like it okay, but it's not best for our home which is a two bedroom apartment.

The instructions are just pictures which makes them a little difficult to follow. It is pretty easy to assemble until you get to the end and then you have to really use your force to get all the bars to line up. It is a perfect size for your children to not feel like they are enclosed in something! It is nice that it comes with a bag but there is no way i’m dissembling and reassembling the process is too long for all that. Overall it was exactly what I needed! The size for this price is great even with the assembly issues!

It is not easy to put together, definitely by yourself. I assumed this would be something we could put up and down as needed but definitely not. Overall it is very sturdy. I have trouble finding a solid piece mat that fits in the bottom of it.

We purchased this for our granddaughter who I keep every week day while her parents work & I asked myself after the first day of using it…Why didn’t we get this sooner…. She has just learned & almost perfected her walking & she is busier than ever & I work from home so I needed something that would allow her to feel like she wasn’t confined & something that would allow me to be able to place her to play & know that she would be safe & this play yard is it….it is huge & just the right size for our loft, so she thinks that she is walking/playing feely & I know that she is safe should I have to get up and step away for a moment. It is large enough for us to place some of her favorite toys in & even place a mat for her to nap on should she fall asleep while playing. I strongly suggest this play yard you will not be disappointed…I really like merchandise that is just as it is advertised & this is one of them, it was easy to assemble, just take your time & watch the video that it is advertised with & the directions that it comes with are clear as well & we got a discount/coupon when we purchased it. Our granddaughter is a year old & we will use this for her at least until she 3 or maybe older just depending on how tall she grows because climbing out of it or learning how to work the zippers from the inside would be the only 2 things we can think of that would be an issue with keeping her contained as she gets older…If you like the feeling of getting your money’s worth, buy this one!

This is such a good investment! It helped a lot, to get stuff done around the house without having to keep the baby in just a small play pen

Definitely like this. It's pretty huge. Feel like it takes up a huge amount of space but it's good for the baby to be able to be mobile and not get into trouble. My daughter holds on to the side and dangles for a couple of seconds. Definitely sturdy. It has zipper doors which are a good way for her to "escape" when needed.

It is awesome. It has held up to my son constantly climbing on it, dogs going in and out, and being dragged around the house BUT was a nightmare to assemble. We have left it assembled since we bought it because it was awful to put together so do not buy if you don’t plan to do the same.

Just didn't recieve 2 playing pieces but it is no big deal.
