Small dosage but powerful
Got this for my mother who suffers from menopause hot flashes. Used to take menopause multivitamin, but couldn't find it anymore. Found out the main ingredient where's bioton and this made up to difference that others did have. The only issue is that the pills are too chalky and don't do well with being cut in half. But compared to the hot flash sweats, the bad flavor is a small price to pay.
