Like many people in the world I suffer from getting to sleep once I get into bed at night. It doesn't matter if I spent most of the afternoon yawning at my desk and waiting for the sweet moment of getting into bed. I just stay there lying awake thinking about everything under the sun. Tossing and turning, trying out new sleeping positions whilst counting down the hours until I have to get up for work again. Soothing apps were a waste of time, camomile tea can sod off. Nothing was working. Until I tried the gravity blanket. There is a reason why you slept so well as a child when your parents tucked you in at night. This is exactly what it feels like. Weighing 10% of your body weight makes you very aware that you are in bed with the purpose to get to sleep, and sleep I finally did! Would highly recommend for anyone who has trouble sleeping and needs a good nights sleep.

Yes This blanket is very expensive.... But so so so well worth the money.... my son has Autism ADHD bipolar OCD anxiety LD and more.... it makes you feel safe and as if your being hugged all over.... and very warm.... I recommend to anyone with special needs.... thanx

We already have a weighted blanket that was functional, but kind of ugly so I was forever hiding it in the cupboard.This blanket is soft, and attractive enough that I am happy to have it folded at the foot of the bed.3 members of the household are now fighting to own this blanket. My son , who has autism, said this blanket felt like a hug. I am using it to help manage stress and to feel grounded . My partner just likes having it across him while working on his laptop.If you are in doubt about buying this , let me tell you it is worth it.

Fast shipping, excellent packaging and a high quality item. I was having a panic attack on my return home from work and was delighted to see this blanket had arrived. I immediately opened it and lay down with it and almost instant relief from my panic. In addition to its weight, it is made from a lovely soft comforting material. I wish I had bought one years ago! Very warm and cozy. I don't know if it has helped with my anxiety but I do get a great night sleep using this and that in itself is helpful.
