Really liked the characters, no extra drama. I couldn't keep this book down. loved Sawyer and demi's chemistry and the split shifter twist.

Whoa! This book completely blindsided me.🤩 After reading so many Wolf Shifter novels, I realise now that I was turning a bit jaded. The storylines are generally predictable with the expected romance and smut. But, this was totally different and the plot captivated me from the very first time. I love love the mystery aspect of this story . Not to mention the angst!! And I am so digging the Bachelor concept.❤️🔥❤️ Thank goodness, the series is complete because I'm biting my nails at this cliffhanger. Off to book 2.

This book was wonderful. I absolutely devoured every second of it. I was grinning the entire 50% of the book. Later on it was nail bitting and the end!!! The end was so good. I'm moving on to the second book immediately.

After a while it’s so refreshing to read a suspense romantic shifter book. Way of the literature is fresh and never heard anywhere about the story line. Simply wow. Amazing.

Drama for the sake of it and an ending that is at complete odds with the characters in the book.Sawyer never bothers to question why Demi would wait for such a public occasion to 'cheat' on him and his behaviour is so totally out of character considering how understanding he has been.The ending felt like a forced dramatic turn by author to add some angst.

An amazing storyline.Super strong characters throughout.I devoured it like a “fluffy girl” would a box of her favorite desserts.Cannot wait to read the next one.

Adoro livros de shifter e Young adults. Esse é um mundo bem diferente com shifters, trolls, e fadas da luz e da escuridão. A Demi é uma loba filha de lobos banidos então ela nasceu assim. Ela nunca se transformou porque desde o 1 ano de idade usa braceletes mágicos que suprimem sua loba. Até que um dia ela conhece o filho do Alfa que visitava sua escola e consegue seu perdão e ir para a cidade dos lobisomens frequentar a faculdade. Mas tanto acontece, ela não é uma simples loba. Ela passou por um trauma horroroso (tem gatilhos mas não são gráficos, apenas informativos). E o Sawyer é um fofo. Lindo fisicamente mas mais que isso, um verdadeiro homem gentil, protetor e verdadeiro. Esse é o primeiro livro da série. Já estou ansiosa lendo o segundo! Também adoro o humor da Demk e duas tiradas sarcásticas até consigo mesma.

Obwohl mir persönlich das Cover des Buches absolut nicht gefällt habe ich es verschlungen. (Wäre das Mädchen ebenfalls gezeichnet wie der Wolf, würde die Sache für mich Warscheinlich anders aussehen. So allerdings finde ich das Cover irgendwie nicht rund/stimmig.) Auch wenn es Oberflächlich erscheint, habe ich so viele Bücher auf meiner 'ToRead' & 'maybe later' - Liste das man irgendwie versuchen muss eine Reihenfolge fest zu legen.Jetzt zum Inhalt, ich finde es klasse! Die Geschichte kommt super in Fluß es ist spannend mit sehr viel Gefühl. Man kommt super in leseflus und ich konnte kaum aufhören zu lesen, da ich so gefässelt war. Absolut lohnenswert und ich freu mich schon sehr darauf zu erfahren wie es weiter geht!

So… I knew I wanted to read this series because Leia does werewolves so amazingly and is one of my favourite werewolf story authors!! I waited and waited until all the books were out so I I didn’t have to wait to get to the next one and I’m so glad I did! This booked sucked me so fast and had me hooked needing to know what was gonna happen next! The characters are amazing and I love how she has portrayed them! That ending though!!! Aaahhh so painful to read and made me so frustrated but I totally understood it and knew what had happened straight away! Such a great cliffhanger ending to have you desperate to start book 2! Well done Leia well done! Heading straight into book 2!!!GET THIS BOOK!! If you love werewolves, magic, drama and angst then GET THIS BOOK!

I absolutely love this book, Demi is such a great, strong female lead... Sawyer was up there until the end got best male lead, there better be some magic involved or he can kick rocks
