Very good for what it does, simple to use
Its simple function and portability are easily its strongest points.Using it is fairly simple. Fill it with water and then soak the foam filters for a few minutes as directed. Install the filters under the lid, put it on and then press the power button once to turn it on. Press again to switch to alternating mist. The night light is on by default but you can turn it off by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds in either mode.It comes with a USB cable but no adapter block. I know those in the U.S. hate this but the fact of the matter is these companiess ship all over the world. In using a USB Cable that actually helps keep the cost down. If you want to use a longer MicroUSB cable, feel free. Another benefit to the USB Cable is this adds some portability to the humidifier. You could connect it to a Power Bank for example.Anyways, I can confirm the device will run for up to 12 hours before automatically shutting off. It will also auto shut off once the water is gone so you don't have to worry if you forget to check. I've seen some reviewers say otherwise but this humidifier DOES NOT have an internal battery. It will not run unless plugged into a USB Port. One last thing. If you plan to use this in a large room or a garage, you might want to get a second one since one won't cut it. Either that or pay more to get a more powerful one.

Great until it wasn't
I really, really wanted this to work for me. And it did for about a week. I loved that it is tiny because I was needing it for a narrow plant shelf in front of a window and didn't want some huge thing obstructing the view. The size was perfect, it is super quiet, and I liked the very simple, easy fill, easy clean design. However, after about a week it completely quit misting. Instead, after about 2 minutes of being turned on, it turns to a sputtering, spitting, leaky mess as the mist builds up around the atomizer plates on the top and puddles into the charging port and on button. Then it collects and dribbles down the side as the machine continues its attempt to make mist until the reservoir is empty. Luckily after reading other reviews I had the forethought to set the whole thing inside a tray so the water was mostly contained and nothing was permanently damaged, but it easily could have been. For the past two weeks I've tried everything I can think of to make it work properly. I've adjusted the cotton rods up and down, trimmed them, tried less water, more water, tried a different type of rod, even wrapped the rods tightly in tape thinking if I could constrict them a bit they would carry less water up to the atomizer plates, but no. Nothing I've tried works. So here I am nearing the end of my return window and it's going back. For all its positives, it just doesn't work. Bummer.

Cure heavy dry lingering annoying cough!
No noise, easy to start working, PERFECT and small to personally cart with you. Just purchase a longer usb cord (I had one on hand) these humidifiers can save you a trip to the hospital. It will put moisture in the air to heal (seizure like spasmatic) dry coughing that Musinex, Robitussin and all others won’t cure because your inners need moisture so they will stop seizing and begin to heal. Lot of folks don’t know about this. (an Angel told me about this method some years back as I was distressing in a conversation we had at the drug store) I hadn’t had an episode in 2 years and rid my home of a humidifier. *after I’m done with this beautiful quiet baby I am going to always keep a humidifier in the box in my house forever so that when that deep embarrassing coughing come, I’ll check 1st my vitals as I did this time and if they’re normal grab my handy dandy humidifier and proceed to self cure and avoid time and money to be spent at ER. Thank God I can breath deep in peace again. God Bless you Amazon, Jeff Bezos for all your products with great prices shipped right to the front door. This product review gets an A+

It's Good When It Works, and Then It Said Peace Out
I bought this cute little humidifier in March to keep on my desk at work because the building I work in is dry as sand. Probably from all the particles of evil coming off of the corporate executives and floating throughout the ventilation system... It worked great for nearly six months. The trickiest thing was finding the exact replacement filters for this, because the size of the filters for these aren't the most common. The replacement filters that I bought that actually worked (others I tried weren't EXACTLY the right size) were 1/4 inch in diameter and five inches in length. I love the rainbow changing light colors. No way to turn that off if that bothers you, but I have to work all day in a room with no windows and ugly butter-colored walls, so trust me when I say that the little color this device provides is welcome and appreciated in this tower of servitude. And then, after nearly six months of it working great on a weekly basis, one day almost in mid September, it just didn't want to work (I mean, I can relate, but unlike this humidifier, I got bills to pay and these inconvenient needs to keep a roof over my head or eat food.). The rim light blinked once when I tried to turn it on (And even that stopped happening eventually), but no mist came out. I did everything the troubleshooting directions said to do: rotated the filters, I tried cleaning the atomizer plates with vinegar. I never used distilled or purified water, only cold tap water. But nada. Even took the lid off and tried turning it on to see if just the light would come on like I saw in a YouTube video of how to fix your humidifier (the problem in that video was that the springs seemed to have lost their elasticity or they bought too short a filter stick), but the light was out like a night back in Georgia. It said it was tired of working in this bastion of greed, and while I could understand, I thought we were in this together. I guess it picked up a thing or two from being in this corporate environment.I bought a second one because it was on sale for $10, and I figured $10 was a good value for 6 months of not hacking and choking on the detritus of corporate greed and avarice in the air. So far, it works ok, as I just set it up. I really miss working from home during the lockdown phase of the pandemic...

Rains on it's self. Not waterproof plug in. You do the math...
You have to have it on the edge of a table or shelf and propped up so it sprays away from its self or it will be soaking wet after a few hours. It doesn't have a strong enough push upwards so it just rains on its self.I noticed in time lucky the water buildup when I got home on top of its self that it started to drip down the side. I was lucky it didn't drip on the side the power was as that is not waterproofed. It is a fire hazard.

Whisper quiet
The media could not be loaded. It’s a very affordable little unit for a bedroom. Perfect addition for winter nights where the temperature drops and the air becomes dry. The lighting is soft and you can sleep with it on off or if you want the room completely dark. The unit holds plenty of water for several nights use and it’s really easy to refill because the power unit sits on top.

Poor Quality Product
The product quality is very poor. It stopped working within few months. The seller is based on china. So return process is very complicated and seller is not willing to provide any prepaid postage. Not recommended at all.
