This is what it is, it's there so you don't have to reach down in your pocket for a spare mag, won't work good In loos clothes pockets that great, isn't that strong of a magnet, but it works for me, I didn't want to pay for the bigger brand tipe.

The clip is strong, but the magnet doesn't hold the magazine if shaken too hard.It's supposed to keep your mag in position while it's in your pocket.Not practical for conceal carry, at least not in a pants pocket. Maybe in a inside jacket pocket, though.I don't hate it, it's an interesting idea. It just doesn't have a wide range of use.

I own a couple of neomags and these have equal magnetic strength. 8 round an 10 round 1911 mags stay put even while held horizontally. M&P 45 10 and 14 round mags worked just fine too.

Got this in the other day and I like it a lot! Sits low enough in your pocket, and has plenty of hold but not so strong that the clip comes out when you go to draw your mag. I got the 9mm version one and it fits my g43 mags perfectly!

The media could not be loaded.  Know what your getting.- The large model fits 10mm 1911, so it should fit everything else.- If the mag base doesn't have any hang-over on the sides, the mag will sit low in the holder (see pic). This is a PRO if you want the mag concealed in your pocket.- The magnet is strong enough to hold the mag from falling, but it SLIDES freely (see video). This is a PRO, unless you plan to do a cartwheel.If your goal is to hold a 1911 mag deep in your pocket, easily accessable, in fixed orientation, so it can slide out easily... This holder will do the job.

Ordered for .45 cal single stack magazine. The holder fits fine. The materials used reflect the price, but it fits and magnet has good retention on a fully loaded, 8rnd magazine. It works as I tended and quality is good enough for price.

It's almost impossible to clip it onto anything unless you're a world class strongman and can pull the clip apart. Also, the magnet is very weak, at least on the one I got. It also rotates in your pocket. The clip needs to be thicker to stop it from rolling. I returned it. Did not like.

Overall fit and finish is very high. There is a but, and it's a big Butt. I order one of each, one for larger caliber clips, .45 ACP and the like. Issue is it's not wide enough to fit a single stack 1911 magazine and the magnet isn't strong enough to hold even 9 mm double stack securely such less a bigger caliber. The second issue effected both units. Under the metal pocket clip, on the actually holster/magazine saddle there is a small rubber piece poorly glue on.. its there to secure the unit to you pocket sandwiched on the inside, to add friction and grip. But that critical little rubber piece fell off the units on the first use. So when one pulls the magazine from one's pocket the whole thing comes at together. Meaning you cut insert the magazine in you firearm with first taking the time.to.remove the whole magazine holster. Useless for.its Intended purpose.. as a final insult Amazon would've charged also as much as they cost to return them.
