UPDATE: I have adjusted my product review from 1-3 stars. The reason for this is that I contacted the manufacturer, and subsequently received phenomenal customer service. The manufacturer contacted this seller, who then called me to gain an understanding of the issue and replace it. Not only did the manufacturer replace my ear piece without hesitation, but also received my feedback regarding the ear bud itself, and threw in numerous bud options to better fit my needs. The replacement package arrived in a timely manner and audio quality is clear as day. I cannot speak to the expected longevity of the replacement as of yet, but IMPACT Radio Accessories gets an A+ for customer service in my book.Do not buy this ear piece. Less than two months in, completely muffled and inaudible despite replacing the ear insert. Spend your money elsewhere. Needed this product as an LEO, Pissed I spent $40 on this garbage.

I'll preface this with saying I'm a police officer and I use this on duty. This does not last long. I've ordered two now and each only lasted about a month before constantly becoming muffled and cutting out. This is overpriced and broken.

Works great only problem is that I have to sometimes take it out my ear every few hours because it starts to annoy but sound is great.

This is the longest lasting ear piece known to date. Many TSA workers personally choose this brand.

Only lasted a month. I have owned about 5 previous pairs from different vendors. I thought for this price they would last the 3 years that are guaranteed.
